After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation from us by way of email. Should we for some reason not be able to send you your order, we will inform you so as soon as possible. Purchases from atmos-kl.com cannot be guaranteed until the payment is provided, and until the product has been shipped and you have received the confirmation by way of email. Products that are put inside your basket are not reserved for you and can be purchased by other customers. In the cases where a product is reserved for you when put inside your basket this should not be seen as a guarantee of purchase, as the product may still be purchased by other customers.
The fact that products are provided at the website at a certain point in time does not guarantee that these will always be available at the website. We reserve the right to at any time cease to sell a product. Furthermore, we reserve the right for a product to be sold out even if your order has gone through.
Cancellation of order is not allowed once order have been completed and tracking number is sent out.
We reserve the right for possible typos and we cannot guarantee that all the pictures on our website present exactly what the product looks like. The way the colour turns out can depend on what type of screen you’re viewing the product on and the settings of the screen.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order which contains products that have received an incorrect price due to a typo or to edit/cancel an order containing a product which has an incorrect stock balance.
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where we are prevented from delivering the product(s) due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control (for example, in the event of a war, extreme weather conditions, power or network outages, work strike or blockade). In such situations, we shall have the right to postpone the fulfilment of the delivery. We will notify you by way of email of the obstacle directly and how it affects the ability to perform according to the agreement. If such notice is not given within a reasonable time after we became aware of or should have become aware of the obstruction, we are obliged to pay compensation for the damage that you could have avoided if the notice was delivered in a timely manner.
Entering a raffle constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions:
Customers must have a registered email address and valid shipping address on atmos-kl.com
One entry per person per launch product.
Any duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Only payment method accepted is PayPal.
Once raffle entry is submitted there will be no amendments on entry details.
Raffle entry cannot be cancelled once it is submitted.
Raffle win cannot be cancelled. It is not possible to cancel once you have been selected to purchase and the transaction has been made.
This is a raffle and customers are not guaranteed to purchase the product.
Customer’s opportunity to purchase the launch product is subject to stock availability.
Entries are non-transferrable.
Entries cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise provided to anyone else.
Entries have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or for credit towards any purchase.
Vouchers and discounts are not applicable for any Raffle products.
Our contract with you is not entered into until a purchase has been made.
The raffle only takes place online on our website (raffle.atmos-kl.com)
Shipping fees of RM20 will charged for all raffle products.
Upon entering the raffle, funds will be HELD and payment is authorized by you via PayPal. Any money taken from you is pending on your bank/PayPal and has not been taken by us.
You are acknowledging that the money will be unavailable to you and will sit as pending until the raffle has ended.
Payment will only be captured if you are one of the winners of the raffle. All unsuccessful entries will have their payment voided/cancelled after the draw closed. Funds may take up to 14 working days to reflect back into your account.
Please note that we do not hold any of your money. Even when you enter the raffle, the payment authorized by you is hold by PayPal / your bank. We will void all unsuccessful entries and refund will be done by PayPal and your bank.

Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. For more information please visit here.
All entries will be randomly drawn. When the draw closes, customers will be notified by email whether their entry was drawn within 24 hours.
Entering the raffle gives ATMOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD (atmos-kl.com) the right to create an order and capture your payment when selecting the winners.
The raffle closing date is subject to change at any time at ATMOS MALAYSIA SDN BHD (atmos-kl.com) discretion.
All sales for raffle items are FINAL and no amendments or size exchange on all raffle orders.
No refund and cancellation will be entertained.
ATMOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (atmos-kl.com) reserves the right to disqualify any customer that is found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of entering the draw or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
