ASICS X AFEW GT-II "UPLIFTING PACK"

After the former collaboration design between Asics and Afew named Afew x Asics Gel-Lyte III OG "Beauty Of Imperfection", this time, these two have brought the Asics X Afew GT-II "Uplifting Pack", which designed to create awareness for mental health and depression in cooperation.

The pack comes with two different colorways. ⁠One featuring the different shades of grey with a material mix of cord, perforated suede and hairy suede, while the other features brown, grey and frosted rose as well as a material mix of coated leather, nubuck, perforated suede and hairy suede.⁠

Its diverse mix of materials was influenced by the complexity of the mind and our brain.

The brown pair features brush-away materials that might show you that things aren't always like they might seem at first sight.⁠
The small details make this one a very special project for us that builds more awareness for mental health inside our community and beyond.
Emphasizing the mental health theme, brain graphics are used at the outsole, sockliner and heel counter.

Just like the very popular GEL LYTE III, the ASICS GT-II features a very comfortable GEL LYTE Outsole.
The GT-II was the first ASICS SportStyle model to feature the GEL technology when it debuted in 1986 and has since been one of the most popular models within ASICS SportStyles' retro Running portfolio.
The Upper of this retro Runner is made of a lightweight material mix.
