Return & Exchange Policy

 

  1. Once an order is placed, cancellation or size amendments are not allowed.
  2. All Limited Release products are Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return.
  3. All items under the SALE page are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Items purchased during promotions, with discounts, or using coupon codes are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. All items sold on www.atmos-kl.com are thoroughly quality checked and packed under CCTV surveillance before being shipped.
  6. Any requests for return or exchange of defective item(s) must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and are subject to approval & availability.
  7. When submitting a request, please include a clear description of the issue along with photos that clearly show the defect and the overall condition of the product. Kindly submit your request via Contact Us for any returns/exchanges 
    • Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
    • Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged (except due to manufacturing defects) will not be accepted. Any return items that are incomplete, soiled, worn, or show signs of use will be rejected. Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered a defect.
    • Customers are responsible for arranging their return shipping and covering all associated shipping fees. A tracking number and proof of delivery must be provided once the return has been shipped.
    • All additional charges incurred during a return/exchange (e.g. shipping fees, duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. This also includes any re-shipping fees, if applicable.
    • ATMOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. reserves the right to inspect the condition of returned items before processing any exchanges. Returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements will not be processed, and all decisions made are final. This does not affect your statutory rights
