Shipping

Currently, atmos Kuala Lumpur offers standard delivery only via the following courier:

• GDEX (Peninsular & East Malaysia)
• International Courier GDEX (Singapore)

Free Shipping is available for orders within Malaysia only for purchases above RM500.

atmos Kuala Lumpur provides shipping services exclusively to Malaysia and Singapore. International delivery beyond these two countries is not currently available. Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

• Malaysia: A flat rate shipping fee of RM15 applies to all domestic orders.
  
• Singapore: Shipping fees are weight-based, starting at RM25 for the first 0.5kg. For parcels weighing up to 1kg, the fee is RM40. For every additional 0.5kg thereafter, an incremental charge of RM20 will be added to the total shipping cost.
  

Raffle Orders

• Shipping Fee: A fixed shipping fee of RM20 will be charged for each successful Raffle order.
• Restriction: Raffle orders can only be shipped to a Malaysia address. We do not offer international shipping (including Singapore) for Raffle items.

Shipping fees and options will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Malaysia: Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days.
• Singapore: Standard delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 business days.

*Please expect potential delays during peak seasons or public holidays.

• Courier Service: Local Malaysian orders are primarily fulfilled via GDEX.
• Information Accuracy: Once an order is placed, shipping details cannot be changed due to our sales policy. If an address update is required, customers must contact the courier directly at their own risk.
• Responsibility: atmos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is not held responsible for any loss or delivery issues resulting from address changes made after an order has been finalized.
• Taxes & Duties: For Singapore shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes incurred upon entry into the country.
• Failed Delivery: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Raffle orders are strictly limited to Malaysia shipping addresses only. We do not offer shipping to Singapore or any other international locations for Raffle items. Any Raffle entry submitted with a non-Malaysian address will be automatically disqualified and the order will be cancelled without prior notice.
