Shipping Options

Currently, atmos Kuala Lumpur offers standard delivery only, via the following courier:
GDEX – RM15 flat rate
Free Shipping is available for orders above RM500.
Shipping options and charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Does atmos Kuala Lumpur ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. All orders can only be shipped within Malaysia.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be picked up on the next business day (Monday).

*Please expect potential delays during peak seasons or public holidays.

Can I change my shipping information?

Once your order is placed, shipping details cannot be changed due to our sales policy. 
If you need to update your address, you may do so directly with the courier at your own risk.
