Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any Archive Sale item.

1. Archive Sale Items

Archive Sale items consist of selected past-season and older inventory. Due to the age, storage history, or previous display of certain items, products may have minor cosmetic imperfections or signs of storage.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Yellowing or slight discolouration
  • Minor marks or stains
  • Creasing or other cosmetic imperfections
  • Damaged, dented, worn, or discoloured boxes
  • Damaged or worn packaging
  • Other minor signs of age, storage, or display

These conditions may vary from item to item.

2. Sold As-Is

All Archive Sale items are sold on an “AS-IS” basis.

By purchasing an Archive Sale item, you acknowledge and accept that the item may have the conditions or imperfections described above and that the item may not be in the same condition as regular full-price or non-Archive Sale merchandise.

3. Final Sale

ALL ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature and condition of Archive Sale items, no return, exchange, refund, or cancellation will be entertained due to:

  • Product condition or minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Yellowing, marks, creasing, or signs of storage
  • Damaged or worn packaging and boxes
  • Sizing or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Preference or expectations regarding the condition of the item

Customers are advised to carefully consider the nature and condition of Archive Sale items before completing their purchase.

Individual pairs may vary in condition, and product images may not represent the exact pair received.

4. Customer Acknowledgement

By entering the Archive Sale collection and/or completing a purchase of an Archive Sale item, you confirm that you have:

  • Read and understood these Archive Sale Terms & Conditions;
  • Acknowledged that the item may have minor imperfections or signs of storage;
  • Accepted that Archive Sale items are sold on an “AS-IS” basis; and
  • Agreed that all Archive Sale purchases are FINAL SALE and subject to the terms stated above.

5. Important Notice

Archive Sale items are offered at special prices based on their nature, age, availability, and condition.

Please ensure that you are comfortable with the above conditions before proceeding with your purchase.
