What is an E-Invoice?
In line with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) e-Invoicing initiative, we are streamlining our tax compliance processes to improve efficiency, reduce fraud, and enhance transparency in business transactions.
Who is eligible to receive an E-Invoice?
All taxpayers in Malaysia are entitled to receive an e-Invoice from atmos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
How do I request an E-Invoice?
Customers can request an e-Invoice during the checkout process. An information form will appear, where customers can enter the required details.
What information do I need to provide?
Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid any discrepancies in the e-Invoice.

How will I receive the E-Invoice?
Customers will receive an email notification from the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) e-Invoice portal once the invoice has been successfully processed.
How long does it take to process the request?
Please allow approximately 48 hours once your order has been processed and shipped out, depending on the accuracy of the information provided.
