Returns & Exchange Policy

• 1. Any cancellation of order(s) is NOT allowed once your order has been placed.
• 2. Please note that products which are Limited Releases are FINAL and therefore NOT eligible for cancellation/exchanges/returns.
• 3. Items on sale promotion, coupon used and discounted are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation/return. However, you could request for size exchange for the same item but subject to stock availability and approval
• 4. Any requests for returns of the defective item(s) or exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the product(s) and are subject to approval.
• 5. If you do have any requests for returns/exchanges, please provide us with a clear description of the defect/problem with the product(s) along with pictures of the product(s) clearly showing the defect and overall state of the product(s). Kindly submit your request via Contact Us for any returns/exchanges.
  • Exchange item/merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged other than a manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that is damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered to be faulty or defective.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping for returns and covering the associated shipping fees. A proof of delivery and tracking number must be provided once the item(s) have been shipped back to ATMOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.
  • Please note that any additional charges incurred during a return, such as shipping costs, duties, and taxes, are the customer’s responsibility. This also includes the payment of any re-shipping fees.
  • ATMOS MALAYSIA SDN BHD reserves the right to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing exchanges.
  • ATMOS MALAYSIA SDN BHD reserves the right not to process your exchanges if items returned to us are outside the terms of our returns and exchange policy. All decisions made are final; this does not affect your statutory rights.
• 6. Every product sold on our website (www.atmos-kl.com) undergoes thorough quality checks in our warehouse, with all processes monitored by CCTV footage, before being shipped to customers.
• 11.11 Sale items are Final and NOT eligible for any cancellation/size exchange/return.
